Wilwood Big Brake Kit for Mini R56. 

• Fits models with 4 bolt wheels only. Minimum wheel size - 16 inch. Includes 4 piston forged dynapro calipers with 2 piece 12.19 x 0.81 inch (310 x 21mm) drilled and grooved discs and BP-10 compound brake pads. 

Big Brake Kits from Wilwood are designed as a bolt on replacement to the standard brake set up and provide much improved braking effort coupled with great looks. There is also usually the added advantage of a significant weight saving over a standard set up too which can allow for better handling through reduced un-sprung weight.

These kits are the perfect compliment to wheel, tire and suspension upgrades on daily drivers, competition vehicles and custom styled show machines. Each kit is engineered specific for each vehicle to maintain full compatibility with the OE master cylinder output and factory ABS functions.

Wilwood brake kits are supplied with larger diameter discs which are generally a 2 piece design comprising of a high quality iron outer rotor and an inner bell made from aluminium which reduces weight and helps reduce judder and warping through heat build up. Front kits utilise alloy 4 or 6 pot calipers to provide fantastic braking effort and mounting brackets are included where required. Rear kits usually include a single piston caliper which also has a park brake facility. Brake pads and all mounting hardware are also provided for ease of installation.

Please note – Some kits do not include brake lines and these may be required to facilitate fitting of the kit. The lines are available to purchase separately. Please see the vehicle check box once you have entered your vehicle details for information as to whether brake lines are included or not.
